To attain the fulfillment of whatever you wish, you must not merely beseech heaven and earth. You must first beseech your ancestors, and these ancestors must then come before Me and beseech Me. Only then shall your wish be fulfilled.

 

무엇이든지 소원하는 바를 이루려면 천지에만 빌어도 안 되나니 먼저 조상에게 빌고 그 조상이 나에게 와서 빌어야 뜻을 이루느니라.

If you beseech someone to do something, you ask them very eagerly and anxiously.
heaven and earth 천지(天地)

shall [ʃæl;l] …일[할] 것이다, [2·3인칭을 주어로 하는 평서문 또는 종속절에 쓰여, 말하는 이의 의지를 나타내어] …하여 주겠다, …하게[하도록] 하겠다, (틀림없이) …하겠다
