1 Jeung-san Sangjenim is the God of Gaebyeok, who incarnated as a human at the approach of the Autumn Gaebyeok, the time of heaven and earth’s achievement of their purpose.

증산 상제님께서는 천지가 성공하는 가을 대개벽기를 맞아 인간으로 강세하신 개벽장(開闢長) 하느님이시니라.

2 Wielding the boundless power of creation-transformation through his supreme authority over the three realms, Sangjenim conducted the Work of Renewing Heaven and Earth and thus remedied all the ills of heaven and earth’s dosu.

삼계대권의 무궁한 조화권으로 천지공사(天地公事)를 집행하시어 그릇된 천지도수를 바로잡으시니

3 Sangjenim will bring the Early Heaven’s era of sanggeuk to an end through the sangssireum and the judgment by the catastrophic disease of autumn’s lethal qi;

상씨름과 추살(秋殺)의 병겁(病劫) 심판으로 선천 상극 세상을 마감하시고

4 he will save humanity through the supreme authority of uitong and bring to pass the Immortal Paradise of Creation-Transformation in which the universe will unite into one family.

의통(醫統) 대권으로 천하창생을 건져 우주일가(宇宙一家)의 조화선경을 열어 주시니라.

5 In the Later Heaven’s Paradise of Immortality, each and every household will become a dojang, every person will transform into a divine being as humans and spirits unite into one, and all of humanity will attain sublime maturation and ageless longevity. So will be the boundless and eternal Immortal Paradise of Creation-Transformation.

후천 선경세계는 가가도장(家家道場)이요, 인신합덕(人神合德)으로 인인(人人)이 성신(聖神) 되어 만백성이 성숙하고 불로장생하는 무궁한 조화낙원이라.

6 Sangjenim promised that, with the coming of the Later Heaven, he would descend as a holy spirit to the new heaven and earth’s Immortal Paradise of Creation-Transformation that his workers will raise up.

상제님은 당신의 도꾼들이 건설하는 신천지(新天地)의 후천 조화선경에 성령으로 강세하실 것을 언약하시니

7 The Later Heaven’s Paradise of Immortality will be the Era of Humanity’s Majesty in which Sangjenim’s workers preside over the dao governance of heaven and earth within the Civilization of Omniscience.

후천선경은 만사지(萬事知) 문화 속에서 상제님 일꾼이 천지의 도정(道政)을 주관하는 인존(人尊)의 새 역사니라.
